Instant Pot Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients:
(Serves 3/4)
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 400g can of tomatoes
1/2 cup of red kidney beans (soaked overnight)
500g minced beef
1 table spoon of dried oregano
1/2 tea spoon cumin
1/2 tea spoon chilli flakes or chipotle powder
1/4 tea spoon cayenne pepper for extra spice
1 Cinnamon stick
1 splash of Worcester Sauce
1/2 cup of red wine (about 125ml)
Beef cube in 50ml of hot water

Preparation:
Saute onions, chilli, carrots and peppers for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, saute for 1 minute and add the mince meat. Then put all herbs and spices and mix, saute for about a minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Cook on high Pressure for 17 minutes. Open, stir, put on saute, pour the red wine and saute for 3-4 minutes. Serve with rice. Also with avocado & sour cream for extra wonderfulness.
